Flying Arrival Information

Airport Guide for Pilots (click to download the PDF file): Media:BXM_Airport_Guide.pdf

Please note that it is RIGHT traffic for runway 1R (One Right), and LEFT traffic for runway 19L (One Nine Left).

Essentially, stay on the East side of the airport which is the opposite side from the town of Brunswick and Bowdoin College. The traffic pattern goes over the Walmart / Lowes parking lots.

There is no operating tower at the airport, so please use the CTAF frequency and self announce.

CTAF: 122.725 - Weather: 134.875 (Click twice)

After landing, switch to 123.45 for ground ops and directions to parking.

Please note if you are in a helicopter, land a good distance away from parked aircraft.

The Fly-In is being held in front of The Old Tower, which is near the northern end of the ramp on the East side

Driving Directions

From the North

Get on I-295 South towards Brunswick.

Take exit 31A to merge onto ME-196 E/Lewiston Rd toward Topsham/Brunswick

From the South

Get on I-295 North towards Brunswick.

Take exit 31 for ME-196 E toward Topsham/Brunswick.

Once on ME-196 E

Stay on 196 East for about 2.5 miles, then merge onto RT 1 North (on the left).

In approximately 2 miles, take the Cooks Corner exit (This is the first exit after you get onto RT 1).

Turn right onto ME-24 N/Bath Rd.

Go to the second traffic light and turn left into Brunswick Landing. You will see a large airplane on display on your left shortly after you make the turn. Continue straight over the speed hump, and continue on this road until you are at a "T" intersection and cannot go straight anymore. Make a right turn. You can park along the fence line that is on your left. Please do not block the fuel pumps/tanks that are located on the left side in the small parking lot. You can also proceed straight ahead, and park along the fence that goes down the road to the right.

Once parked, walk to the Old Tower building (the building that looks like an aircraft control tower with the round tower section and lots of antennas). You will see signs directing you.
